Rachael and Nuala officially met in 2012 while working together on a production for Queertet as part of Liverpool Pride (Grin Productions), although they had known of each other for a long time before that.

Determined to make new and interesting theatre they teamed up in early 2013 to start Petrichor to start making the theatre they wish they could see.

Currently studying a double masters programme at the University of Warwick, University of Amsterdam and University of the Arts, Belgrade in International Performance Research.

Her key areas of interest are: writing, directing, performance and curation.



Directing credits include: Theatre Uncut @ Stichting Perdu, Amsterdam (2012), Queertet @ The Lantern (2012) and Around The House @ The Ovalhouse (2010).

Before graduating with a BA in Drama and Theatre studies form Liverpool Hope University, Nuala studied on the foundation in acting at RADA. She presently interns as part of Liverpool Hope's first Graduate Theatre Company.

She is an actor, director and facilitator working with physical theatre, poetry and improvisation.

Recent credits include: An Orgy of Tweed and Station @ The Cornerstone Theatre (2013).
